1998-2000 Isuzu synchronous belts installation procedure

The era Committee provides the following information about timing belt procedures for 1998-2000 3.2 & 3.5 L DOHC-V6 engine built by Isuzu. Timing belt installation can by easily be achieved through the following six steps.
1. Ensure that all timing marks are indexed in its correct position. Make sure that the crankshaft positioned as number is two cylinders (driver side front) is at TDC.
2. After the loop of the timing belt on the crankshaft gear, you start the belt on passenger side camshaft sprocket, matching up the alignment mark on the belt. Use keep paper style to secure pinch clamps to the timing belt on the sprockets of the camshaft.
3. Occupation to install driver's side camshaft sprocket timing mark of which it is attached and cambelt. Use keep paper style to secure pinch clamps to the timing belt on the sprockets of the camshaft.
4. Compress the timing belt tensioner, and add PIN for the pusher to keep. Belt tensioner pulley, loosen screw. Pressure on the belt by rotating the tensioner. Belt tensioner pulley to tighten screw specifications. 14 ft/lbs (19 NM). Remove pin from the timing belt...
