This engine from the series "Tag" ("touch" and "Go") was specifically designed and developed for the karts for hobby, racing on closed entries intended for that specific purpose. In the design of this new line of engines, already adopted for engines with high performance technical solutions are used to ensure the reliability of the components when the operating restrictions are complied with. The engine has a cylinder using the principle of two times. The cylinder and the crankcase are in aluminium alloy. Pressed in linear is made by centrifugated iron, fully machined to ensure best possible stability. The head is separated from the cylinder and secured with pins. The crankshaft is built and supported by the two camps. The crankshaft is of alloy steel, hardened and tempered, as is the connecting rod that runs on roller bearings. Igniton includes motor/rotor 4 pole with integral pick-up, H.T. coil and electronic unit with micro-processor (Power Pack), together with the wiring harness. The main characteristics of ignition are:-during the beginning of the engine, the hydraulic activated Booster, which increases spark energy to facilitate the starting of the engine. -Ignition system allows, by means of an electronic unit, Board battery recharge during normal use of the engine. -Spark is generated also without battery: it is possible, in the event of an accident, to start the engine with an external Starter unit. The engine has an integrated electric starter; by pressing the button the Green Start Starter Bendix activates type mechanism that engages the Starter ring collected a clutch. The engine is equipped with an automatic centrifugal dry clutch with low maintenance and with interchangeable sprocket. Carburettor is a Tillotson carburetor diaphragm with integral pump, filter and all position mounting capabilities. Battery (12 V-7.2 Ah) is closed, the battery does not support and is supplied already preassembled in the maintenance of the power pack, which can be easily adapted to any existing chassis. Exhaust gases, included in the delivery, has already been set for the best possible presentation. The engine is supplied with the kit, which includes the radiator, water pump, hoses and all necessary for the Assembly to kart. here
