1993 Bronco/evaporator case Assembly Worked/F-Series workshop manual

The evaporator evaporator case Assembly is sitting on the side of the motor from the dash panel attached. The case is a two-piece cast construction, a piece of which constitutes the core of a cover over the evaporator. An integral vacuum reservoir is part of the cover housing. This reservoir and the vacuum motor, who works on the door of the outside air/recirc, are connected through a check valve to a snake that engine vacuum delivers. The blower housing is an integral part of the evaporator case. It houses the blower motor and wheel assembly that to the case through a mounting flange attaches on the blower motor. The blower motor resistor Assembly is on the case with the thermal elements to expand into the airflow within the evaporator case linked. The suction accumulator/drier is linked to the evaporator core by a bracket support.
